Yoga retreats usually consist of two yoga classes a day. One class in the morning which is designed to invigorate your body and senses and one class in the afternoon. The afternoon class is designed to quiet the mind and ease the body into the evening hours. The basic concepts of breathing (pranayama) and meditation are also taught as part of the afternoon class.
